Out-of-state driver’s speeding ticket for driving 30 mph over the limit (65 MPH/35 MPH zone) was DISMISSED without a fine being imposed, resulting in no points on the driver’s record and no impact on the driver’s insurance.  Driver also did not have to appear in Court for this charge.
