Henrico County, Virginia – Reckless Driving Defense Lawyer Case Result
CASE DISMISSED! A driver charged with Reckless Driving for speeding 89-mph in a 55-mph zone walked away from court without a conviction. Due to allegedly speeding 34-mph over the limit, the driver was at risk of jail time and a license suspension if convicted of this charge. In court, the attorney was able to show that: the driver had a clean driving record, a personal emergency occurred which impacted his driving before he was pulled over, and the driver completed a driving school program prior to the hearing. So, instead of convicting the driver of the charge, the judge dismissed the case and the driver walked away from court without a fine, jail time, or license suspension!
