Henrico County, Virginia – Reckless Driving Defense Attorney Case Result

CASE DISMISSED!! Client was charged with reckless driving for allegedly speeding 68-mph in a 45-mph speed limit zone (23-mph over the limit).  Due to the client’s clean driving record, and instructions from his attorney to complete a driving school program before his hearing, his case was DISMISSED by the judge!
