Henrico County, Virginia – General District Court Reckless Driving Lawyer Case Result

Reckless driving (generally) misdemeanor charge, which arose from a car accident, was DISMISSED.  At the hearing, it was shown that neither party was injured during the accident, there was minor property damage to the vehicles, and the driver had a clean record.  Driver’s appearance was waived at the court proceedings due to medical conditions which prevented the driver from appearing in court.
