92/65 reckless driving misdemeanor charge for speeding 27-mph over the limit was REDUCED to speeding 19-mph over the limit. Unlike reckless driving, which is a misdemeanor offense that carries (-) 6 points on a driving record for 11 years, the speeding violation is a traffic infraction that carries (-) 4 points for 5 years. Driver completed a driving school program and community service work prior to the hearing.
