Chesterfield County, Virginia – General District Court Defense Attorney Case Result

ASSAULT & BATTERY CHARGE DISMISSED!  Client was summoned to Court because of a citizen complaint which was filed against him for assault and battery.  No arrest was made at the scene of the alleged incident, no markings were apparent on either party when the police responded, and the citizen who filed the complaint did not reside in the client’s household and was merely asked to leave the property but refused to do so before the police were called.  Client walked into Court with an attorney who was willing to stand up for his rights and defend him from being unfairly accused of this crime.  Client walked out of Court with his charge DISMISSED and was very happy!
