Chesterfield County, Virginia – General District Court Reckless Driving Defense Attorney Case Result

Client’s misdemeanor reckless driving charge for failing to stop/yield entering a highway was Nolle Prossed.  This charge was related to an accident case where the client was charged with reckless driving.  At trial, the client’s defense attorney was prepared to call a witness to testify on the client’s behalf.  The Commonwealth made a motion to nolle prosse, and therefore did not move forward with the case against the client.
