City of Richmond, Virginia – General District Court Reckless Driving Attorney Case Result

76/55 reckless driving misdemeanor charge for speeding 21-mph over the limit was DISMISSED.  Driver lived out-of-state and could not appear in Court.  Attorney was able to have the case dismissed by appearing on the driver’s behalf, providing the Court with the driver’s out-of-state driving record, and submitting the driver’s certificate of completion for a court-ordered driving school program.
