93/70 reckless driving misdemeanor charge was REDUCED to a traffic infraction for speeding 1-9mph over the limit (79/70). Attorney provided the driver’s out-of-state record (which was clean) to the Court, as well as proof the driver completed community service work and a driver improvement program before the hearing.
