Henrico County, Virginia – General District Court Reckless Driving Lawyer Case Result

89/65 reckless driving misdemeanor charge for speeding 24-mph over the limit was DISMISSED.  Client completed an online driving school program prior to court and also had a clean driving record.  Client provided her out-of-state driving record to the Court at the hearing to prove up her clean driving history.
