CLEAN SWEEP! ALL CHARGES DISMISSED. Driver charged with 81/55 reckless driving misdemeanor offense and two traffic infractions for improperly mounted license plates and failure to have vehicle inspected walked away from Court with ALL CHARGES DISMISSED.
The two traffic infractions were dismissed “as compliant with the law” because the driver provided proof to the Court that the inspection and license plate issues were corrected.
