Henrico County, Virginia – Reckless Driving Attorney Case Result

CASE DISMISSED!  Driver charged with class 1 misdemeanor reckless driving for speeding 56-mph in a 35-mph zone (21 mph over the limit) but the case was DISMISSED in court.  Driver completed a driving school program prior to the hearing and walked away without a conviction on her record.
