Henrico County, Virginia – Reckless Driving Defense Attorney Case Result

79/55 reckless driving misdemeanor charge was DISMISSED.  Driver was pulled over for two reckless driving speeding offenses within a few days of each other in the same county, and both cases resulted in dismissals.  Due to strategic lawyering, as well as mitigation work completed by the client (community service and driving school), the driver walked away from both hearings in Henrico with dismissals.
