Henrico County, Virginia — Reckless Driving Defense Attorney Case Result
Reckless Driving class 1 misdemeanor charge for speeding 93 MPH in a 70 MPH zone was REDUCED to a speeding infraction on Appeal to the Circuit Court. Driver was a member of the United States Navy and was concerned about career and security clearance being impacted by a conviction for a misdemeanor charge. By reducing the charge to an infraction on appeal, the driver’s military career and security clearance were no longer in jeopardy.
