Non-native (English second language), out-of-state driver charged with class 1 misdemeanor Reckless Driving charge for speeding 111 MPH in a 70 MPH zone walked away without a jail sentence or license suspension.  The driver’s appearance was waived at the Arraignment and a translator was provided to assist the driver in Court.
