New Kent County, Virginia – General District Court Defense Attorney Case Results

Driver was charged with the following offenses: reckless driving (generally) misdemeanor; and, traffic infractions for improper passing, failure to yield, improper lane change, improper window tint, and improperly mounted license plate.  At court, all traffic infractions were either dismissed or nolle prossed, and the driver did not receive active jail time or a license suspension for the reckless driving charge.  (The reckless driving charge would have been reduced, but the driver had a poor driving record with a negative point balance.)
