Prince George County, Virginia – Juvenile and Domestic Relations General District Court Reckless Driving Case Result

85/45 misdemeanor reckless driving case (where the driver was a minor) was REDUCED to a speeding infraction.  Prior to Court, the driver completed community service, a 12-hour online aggressive driving program, and wrote a paper about the impact the conviction has had on his life, as well as what he learned from the driving school program.  Also considered by the Court in this case was the driver’s impeccable academic record, clean driving record, and the driver’s lack of a criminal history whatsoever.
