Sussex County, Virginia – General District Court Reckless Driving Attorney Case Result

Reckless driving misdemeanor charge for speeding 90-mph in a 70-mph zone was REDUCED to improper driving.  Compared to reckless driving, which is criminal misdemeanor offense that carries -6 points on a driving record for 11 years, improper driving is a traffic infraction and only carries -3 points on a driving record for 3 years.
