Sussex County, Virginia – General District Court Traffic Attorney Case Results

Driver pleaded not guilty to a traffic infraction for operating a vehicle with a radar detector/jam device, and the Court found the driver NOT GUILTY.  Driver was also charged with a reckless driving misdemeanor for speeding 32-mph over the limit (87/55) but was only sentenced to a fine (so neither jail time nor a license suspension were imposed).
