New Kent County, Virginia – General District Court Defense Attorney Case Results

Driver was charged with the following offenses: reckless driving (generally) misdemeanor; and, traffic infractions for improper passing, failure to yield, improper lane change, improper window tint, and improperly mounted license plate.  At court, all traffic infractions were either dismissed or nolle prossed, and the driver did not receive active jail time or a license suspension for the reckless driving charge.

Hanover County, Virginia – General District Court Defense Attorney Case Results

Misdemeanor charge for failure to appear was DISMISSED. 
Misdemeanor charge for contributing to delinquency of a minor was NOLLE PROSSED. 
Misdemeanor charge for concealment, price alter merchandise - Attorney was able to minimize the amount of jail time which was ordered as a penalty for this charge (criminal record had two prior convictions on it for this type of offense - so the penalties at stake were higher in Court this time).

56/35 reckless driving misdemeanor charge for speeding 21-mph over the limit was DISMISSED. 

Hanover County, Virginia – General District Court Reckless Driving Defense Attorney Case Result

101/70 reckless driving misdemeanor case result: no active jail time was imposed on the driver (all jail time was suspended) and the court granted the driver a restricted license during a 60-day license suspension period (which was imposed on the driver by the judge).

A class 1 misdemeanor Reckless Driving charge for speeding 92 MPH in a 70 MPH zone was REDUCED to Improper Driving. 

Henrico County, Virginia — Reckless Driving Defense Attorney Case Result

Repeat offender charged with class 1 misdemeanor Reckless Driving for speeding 118 MPH in a 70 MPH zone walked away with a limited sentence of performing community service under supervision on weekends.

A class 1 misdemeanor Reckless Driving charge for speeding 90 MPH in a 70 MPH zone was REDUCED to Improper Driving. 

Henrico County, Virginia — Reckless Driving Defense Attorney Case Result

Reckless Driving class 1 misdemeanor charge for speeding 93 MPH in a 70 MPH zone was REDUCED to a speeding infraction on Appeal to the Circuit Court.  Driver was a member of the United States Navy and was concerned about career and security clearance being impacted by a conviction for a misdemeanor charge.  By reducing the charge to an infraction on appeal, the driver’s military career and security clearance were no longer in jeopardy.

Out-of-state driver was charged with class 1 misdemeanor Reckless Driving for speeding 91 MPH in a 70 MPH zone and the driver could not appear in Court for the hearing. 

City Of Richmond, Virginia — DUI Criminal Defense Attorney Case Result

Repeat offender charged with DUI first with a BAC of .06 had charge REDUCED to Reckless Driving. 

Henrico County, Virginia — Reckless Driving Defense Attorney Case Result
