Chesterfield County, Virginia – General District Court Traffic Lawyer Case Result

55/35 speeding (in a school zone) charge was REDUCED to a non-moving violation. 

Sussex County, Virginia – General District Court Traffic Attorney Case Results

Driver pleaded not guilty to a traffic infraction for operating a vehicle with a radar detector/jam device, and the Court found the driver NOT GUILTY.  Driver was also charged with a reckless driving misdemeanor for speeding 32-mph over the limit (87/55) but was only sentenced to a fine (so neither jail time nor a license suspension were imposed).

Henrico County, Virginia — Reckless Driving Defense Attorney Case Result

Driver with a history of traffic convictions (the point balance on the driver's record was -12) was charged with misdemeanor reckless driving for speeding almost 30 mph over the speed limit and was at risk of jail time being imposed by the court.

CASE DISMISSED!  Driver charged with class 1 misdemeanor reckless driving for speeding 56-mph in a 35-mph zone (21 mph over the limit) but the case was DISMISSED in court.
