City of Colonial Heights, Virginia – General District Court Traffic Lawyer Case Results

Charges DISMISSED!  Driver was issued two (2) tickets for failing to obey a highway sign and no inspection. 

City of Richmond, Virginia – General District Court Reckless Driving Attorney Case Result

76/55 reckless driving misdemeanor charge for speeding 21-mph over the limit was DISMISSED. 

Henrico County, Virginia – General District Court Traffic Defense Attorney Case Results

CLEAN SWEEP!! Driver was issued a total of SIX (6) citations during ONE traffic stop (1 for reckless driving and 5 for traffic infractions).  END RESULT: 5/5 traffic infractions were DISMISSED, and the reckless driving misdemeanor charge was REDUCED!!!

90/70 reckless driving misdemeanor charge was DISMISSED.  Driver was concerned about a conviction impacting his career as a general contractor, which requires driving.  Driver lived out-of-state and did not have to appear in court for the hearing.
