Greensville County, Virginia – General District Court Reckless Driving Attorney Case Result

84/55 reckless driving misdemeanor charge was REDUCED to defective equipment, which is a non-moving violation that carries no points towards a driving record point balance.  Client did not have to appear in court.

Chesterfield County, Virginia – General District Court Reckless Driving Attorney Case Result

Reckless driving (generally) charge was DISMISSED.  Driver had a clean driving record and completed a driving improvement program before the hearing.

Sussex County, Virginia – General District Court Traffic Attorney Case Results

Driver pleaded not guilty to a traffic infraction for operating a vehicle with a radar detector/jam device, and the Court found the driver NOT GUILTY.  Driver was also charged with a reckless driving misdemeanor for speeding 32-mph over the limit (87/55) but was only sentenced to a fine (so neither jail time nor a license suspension were imposed).

New Kent County, Virginia – General District Court Reckless Driving Lawyer Case Result

100/70 and 96/70 reckless driving misdemeanor charges were both resolved without jail time or license suspensions being imposed on either driver.  If community service is completed within 6-months by the drivers, then their charges will be reduced to traffic infractions.
