Traffic infraction for improperly displaying registration number on a license plate was DISMISSED. Reckless driving misdemeanor charge for speeding 92-mph in a 70-mph zone was REDUCED improper driving.

Henrico County, Virginia – General District Court Reckless Driving Attorney Case Result
