CASE DISMISSED! A driver charged with Reckless Driving for speeding 86-mph in a 55-mph zone walked away from court without a conviction.  Due to not having a clean driving record, and allegedly speeding 31 mph over the limit, the driver was at risk of jail time or a license suspension if convicted of this charge by a judge. 

CASE DISMISSED!  Driver charged with class 1 misdemeanor reckless driving for speeding 56-mph in a 35-mph zone (21 mph over the limit) but the case was DISMISSED in court.
