Sussex County, Virginia – General District Court Reckless Driving Lawyer Case Result

80/55 reckless driving misdemeanor charge was REDUCED to improper driving (a traffic infraction).

Hanover County, Virginia – General District Court Defense Attorney Case Results

Misdemeanor charge for failure to appear was DISMISSED. 
Misdemeanor charge for contributing to delinquency of a minor was NOLLE PROSSED. 
Misdemeanor charge for concealment, price alter merchandise - Attorney was able to minimize the amount of jail time which was ordered as a penalty for this charge (criminal record had two prior convictions on it for this type of offense - so the penalties at stake were higher in Court this time).

92/70 reckless driving misdemeanor charge for speeding 22-mph over the limit was REDUCED to improper driving. 

Sussex County, Virginia – General District Court Traffic Attorney Case Results

Driver pleaded not guilty to a traffic infraction for operating a vehicle with a radar detector/jam device, and the Court found the driver NOT GUILTY.  Driver was also charged with a reckless driving misdemeanor for speeding 32-mph over the limit (87/55) but was only sentenced to a fine (so neither jail time nor a license suspension were imposed).

Client charged with a moving violation and had a history of convictions on driving record.  In court, attorney was able to have charge reduced to a violation which would not jeopardize the driver's ability to continue working as a CDL holder.
