Henrico County, Virginia – Reckless Driving Defense Lawyer Case Result

CASE DISMISSED! A driver charged with Reckless Driving for speeding 89-mph in a 55-mph zone walked away from court without a conviction.  Due to allegedly speeding 34 mph over the limit, the driver was at risk of jail time and a license suspension if convicted of this charge. Instead of convicting the driver of the charge, the judge dismissed the case and the driver walked away from court without a fine, jail time, or license suspension!

Sussex County, Virginia – General District Court Reckless Driving Attorney Case Result

Reckless driving (generally) charge was DISMISSED! Client was concerned about a misdemeanor conviction due to career, which requires driving as part of the job.
