Hanover County, Virginia – General District Court Reckless Driving Defense Lawyer Case Result

93/70 reckless driving misdemeanor charge was REDUCED to a traffic infraction.  Driver was concerned about a misdemeanor conviction due to being a CDL (commercial driver's license) holder.  Attorney was able to convince court to reduce the original charge to an infraction which would not jeopardize the driver's CDL or career.
