Sussex County, Virginia – General District Court Reckless Driving Attorney Case Result

90/70 reckless driving misdemeanor charge for speeding 20-mph over the limit was REDUCED to defective equipment. 

Prince George County, Virginia – Reckless Driving Attorney Case Result

90/45 reckless driving case (45 mph over the limit or double the speed limit) was REDUCED to improper driving.  Client was very happy!

Henrico County, Virginia — Reckless Driving Defense Attorney Case Result

CASES DISMISSED!  Client charged with reckless driving by speed (85-mph in a 55-mph speed limit zone) and with failure to have vehicle inspected walked away from Henrico General District Court with both cases having been decided by the judge to be DISMISSED!

Sussex County, Virginia – General District Court Traffic Attorney Case Results

Driver pleaded not guilty to a traffic infraction for operating a vehicle with a radar detector/jam device, and the Court found the driver NOT GUILTY.  Driver was also charged with a reckless driving misdemeanor for speeding 32-mph over the limit (87/55) but was only sentenced to a fine (so neither jail time nor a license suspension were imposed).

Chesterfield County, Virginia — Reckless Driving Defense Attorney Case Result

CASE DISMISSED! Driver was charged with reckless driving for allegedly speeding 89-mph in a 65-mph speed limit zone (24-mph over the limit).  As a Navy veteran who works for the Department of Defense, the driver had concerns walking into court about being convicted and jeopardizing security clearance.  Driver walked away from court with a dismissal instead!
