Henrico County, Virginia – General District Court Defense Attorney Case Result

86/55 reckless driving charge for allegedly speeding 31-mph over the limit was DISMISSED. 

Sussex County, Virginia – General District Court Reckless Driving Attorney Case Result

91/70 reckless driving misdemeanor charge was REDUCED to improper driving (a traffic infraction).  Driver was concerned about a misdemeanor conviction due to career as special education teacher.  Client lived out-of-state and did not have to appear in court for the hearing.

93/70 reckless driving misdemeanor charge was REDUCED to a traffic infraction.  Driver was concerned about a misdemeanor conviction due to being a CDL (commercial driver's license) holder.  Attorney was able to convince court to reduce the original charge to an infraction which would not jeopardize the driver's CDL or career.
