New Kent County, Virginia – General District Court Reckless Driving Defense Attorney Case Result

95/65 reckless driving misdemeanor charge for speeding 30-mph over the limit case outcome: no active jail time or license suspension was imposed.

Henrico County, Virginia – Reckless Driving Defense Attorney Case Result

CASE DISMISSED!! Client was charged with reckless driving for allegedly speeding 68-mph in a 45-mph speed limit zone (23-mph over the limit).  Due to the client's clean driving record, and instructions from his attorney to complete a driving school program before his hearing, his case was DISMISSED by the judge!

Sussex County, Virginia – General District Court Traffic Attorney Case Results

Driver pleaded not guilty to a traffic infraction for operating a vehicle with a radar detector/jam device, and the Court found the driver NOT GUILTY.  Driver was also charged with a reckless driving misdemeanor for speeding 32-mph over the limit (87/55) but was only sentenced to a fine (so neither jail time nor a license suspension were imposed).

Driver was charged with misdemeanor driving after forfeiture of license due to driving outside of the parameters of a restricted driver's license (which was ordered by the court after the driver's license was suspended due to a DUI conviction).  The driver missed the first court date for the driving after forfeiture of license charge and the court charged the driver with a second misdemeanor for failing to appear.  At trial, the driver's defense attorney was able to convince the court to DISMISS both charges.
