Prince George County, Virginia – Reckless Driving Attorney Case Result

Driver was charged with reckless driving for allegedly speeding 89-mph in a 65-mph speed limit zone (24-mph over the limit).  As a Navy veteran who works for the Department of Defense, the driver had concerns walking into court about being convicted and jeopardizing security clearance.  Driver walked away from court with a dismissal instead!
