New Kent County, Virginia – General District Court Defense Attorney Case Result

Misdemeanor charge for driving without a license (2nd offense) was REDUCED to a 1st offense.  No jail time was ordered and only a small fine was imposed. 

Henrico County, Virginia – General District Court Reckless Driving Attorney Case Result

Reckless driving misdemeanor charge for speeding in excess of 85-mph was DISMISSED.  Out-of-state driver did not have to appear in court for the hearing. 

Dinwiddie County, Virginia – General District Court Defense Attorney Case Results

Client was charged with DUI 1st offense, refusal, and drink while driving/open container.  The refusal was nolle prossed, and the client was fined for the DUI and open container violations.

100/70 reckless driving misdemeanor charge AND 96/70 misdemeanor charge were both REDUCED to traffic infractions.

Henrico County, Virginia – Reckless Driving Defense Attorney Case Result

79/55 reckless driving misdemeanor charge was DISMISSED.  Driver was pulled over for two reckless driving speeding offenses within a few days of each other in the same county, and both cases resulted in dismissals. 

New Kent County, Virginia – General District Court Reckless Driving Lawyer Case Result

100/70 and 96/70 reckless driving misdemeanor charges were both resolved without jail time or license suspensions being imposed on either driver.  If community service is completed within 6-months by the drivers, then their charges will be reduced to traffic infractions.

89/65 reckless driving misdemeanor charge was DISMISSED.

102/65 reckless driving misdemeanor charge - minimal active jail time imposed (2 hours) and a restricted license was granted during the suspension period imposed by the court (which was only 2 months - usually a suspension is at least 3 months and can be up to 6 months).

92/70 reckless driving misdemeanor charge was REDUCED to defective equipment (which is a non-moving violation that carries no (0) points toward a driving record balance).
