New Kent County, Virginia – General District Court Criminal and Traffic Defense Attorney Case Results

CLEAN SWEEP - client had two misdemeanor charges and one traffic infraction - 2 charges were DISMISSED and 1 charge was REDUCED.

Hanover County, Virginia – General District Court Attorney Case Result for Speeding Ticket

Speeding ticket for 61/45 (16-mph over the limit) was DISMISSED.  Client had a clean driving record with a +5 point balance and completed an 8-hour driving school program. 

Henrico County, Virginia — Reckless Driving Criminal Defense Attorney Case Result

Driver falsely accused of class 1 misdemeanor Reckless Driving for speeding 93 MPH in a 55 MPH zone was found NOT GUILTY at trial and is eligible for an EXPUNGEMENT of the charge from her record.

Chesterfield County, Virginia – General District Court Defense Attorney Case Results

CASES DISMISSED! Driver was charged with misdemeanor driving after forfeiture of license due to driving outside of the parameters of a restricted driver's license (which was ordered by the court after the driver's license was suspended due to a DUI conviction).  The driver missed the first court date for the driving after forfeiture of license charge and the court charged the driver with a second misdemeanor for failing to appear.  At trial, the driver's defense attorney was able to convince the court to DISMISS both charges.
