Hanover County, Virginia – General District Court Defense Attorney Case Results

Misdemeanor charge for failure to appear was DISMISSED. 
Misdemeanor charge for contributing to delinquency of a minor was NOLLE PROSSED. 
Misdemeanor charge for concealment, price alter merchandise - Attorney was able to minimize the amount of jail time which was ordered as a penalty for this charge (criminal record had two prior convictions on it for this type of offense - so the penalties at stake were higher in Court this time).

Sussex County, Virginia – General District Court Reckless Driving Lawyer Case Result

96/55 reckless driving misdemeanor charge for speeding 41-mph over the limit case result: no jail time or license suspension imposed.

Henrico County, Virginia – Reckless Driving Defense Attorney Case Result

CASE DISMISSED!! Client was charged with reckless driving for allegedly speeding 68-mph in a 45-mph speed limit zone (23-mph over the limit).  Due to the client's clean driving record, and instructions from his attorney to complete a driving school program before his hearing, his case was DISMISSED by the judge!

Brunswick County, Virginia – Circuit Court Appeal of Reckless Driving Conviction Attorney Case Result

Driver was found guilty of a reckless driving misdemeanor charge by the General District Court for speeding 54/25 (29-mph over the limit).  On appeal to the Circuit Court, the charge was REDUCED to improper driving.

Chesterfield County, Virginia – Circuit Court Reckless Driving Defense Attorney Case Result

Appeal of a reckless driving misdemeanor conviction to the Circuit Court resulted in a better outcome for the driver than in General District Court. 

Henrico County, Virginia – Reckless Driving Defense Lawyer Case Result

CASE DISMISSED! A driver charged with Reckless Driving for speeding 89-mph in a 55-mph zone walked away from court without a conviction.  Due to allegedly speeding 34 mph over the limit, the driver was at risk of jail time and a license suspension if convicted of this charge. Instead of convicting the driver of the charge, the judge dismissed the case and the driver walked away from court without a fine, jail time, or license suspension!

Chesterfield County, Virginia — Reckless Driving Defense Attorney Case Result

CASE DISMISSED! Driver was charged with reckless driving for allegedly speeding 89-mph in a 65-mph speed limit zone (24-mph over the limit).  As a Navy veteran who works for the Department of Defense, the driver had concerns walking into court about being convicted and jeopardizing security clearance.  Driver walked away from court with a dismissal instead!
